Wisconsin’s new Future Farmers of America Association president is from Rock County. 20-year-old Ciera Ballmer from Clinton is eager to begin her new duties after being elected at the 88th State FFA Convention. Ballmer hopes to increase membership engagement with more social media to build awareness about FFA events. She will represent more than 20,000 members statewide. She’s currently a junior at UW-Madison studying dairy science.
