All the employees at Blackhawk Technical College get the chance to help steer policy at the institution. Blackhawk Technical College spokesman Gary Kohn says staff is asked to join, or help review work done by a number of Continuous Performance Improvement Teams. Staff and teams plan to assembly on campus at 9:00 Friday morning to review this semesters topics including New Student Orientation, Customer Service, Project management, and Program Development.
