A Marine Corps Private First Class has been accused of murder and obstructing justice in the death of a fellow Marine who grew up in Janesville.  Officials at Marine Training Command in Quanitco, Virgina, say an Article 32 hearing has been scheduled for March 5 at Camp Pendleton, California.  An Article 32 hearing is held to determine if there is probable cause to believe the accused committed an offense.  Marine authorities previously reported Private First Class Ethan Barclay-Weberpal died at Camp Pendleton on Jan. 16.  They have not released few details.   Barclay-Weberpal was buried with full military honors in Janesville.
