UW Extension Agriculture Agent Nick Baker feels like he’s already been to the Rock County 4H Fair this summer. He’s spent the last few days helping prepare the fairgrounds for next week’s exposition. He’s spent the week on the grounds plumbing, welding, and painting to ensure the buildings are ready for the animals. Baker says the animals actually arrive Monday for the Tuesday start of the fair. Commercial tent set up started Friday and exhibitors start setting up and decorating barns Saturday.
