A Janesville man is arrested on a charge of fifth-offense intoxicated driving on the city’s south side early Sunday morning.
Janesville Police say 33-year-old Terry J. Knapp was taken into custody after a traffic stop in a parking lot near the corner of Center and Kellogg Avenues.
Knapp was also arrested on charges of driving after suspension and failure to install an ignition interlock device.
Knapp’s last intoxicated-driving conviction was in 2014.
