A 27-year-old Evansville man faces a charge of fourth-offense intoxicated driving in connection with an incident in February. A criminal complaint says Quinn E. Bergum was arrested February 27th after sheriff’s deputies received reports of erratic driving in Evansville. The fourth-offense charge, a felony, was delayed until the previous two convictions were completed over the summer.
