“Justice Served” is how the daughter of a sexual assault victim reacted to the sentence of her mother’s attacker in Rock County Court Wednesday. Prosecutor Richard Sullivan described 54-year-old Kelly L. Baxter’s actions in a west side Janesville home more than 18-years-ago as heinous.  Judge Karl Hanson pointed out how DNA gathered from a 2016 conviction involving the sexual assault of a child, actually helped solve the case.  Hansen sentenced Baxter to the maximum of 20-years in prison, followed by 10-years supervision.
