Finding work has never been easier, and Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board Service Director Dave Shaw says a job fair planned Wednesday in Beloit bears that out. Shaw says employers are having a difficult time finding workers right now because of the low unemployment rate. He says job fairs have been enjoying a good showing by employers, but not prospective workers. He says as a result, employers are offering a great deal more flexibility when it comes to training someone who might not have enough experience. The job fair from 2:00 til 4:00 Wednesday at the Eclipse Center in Beloit is geared toward manufacturers. Shaw says 14 employees are expected, with close to 250 jobs to offer.
