Nearly two months after Edgerton police executed a search warrant on suspected drug house, five of the occupants receive charges in Rock County Court.

Court records show police searched the home on West Hubert Street on October 14, but the five suspects made their initial court appearances Monday afternoon.

23-year-old Cole Green, 17-year-old Andrew Mac Naughton III, 37-year-old Debra Mac Naughton, 18-year-old David Pestor and 29-year-old Phillip Schultz all face multiple drug charges, including maintaining a drug trafficking place.

The house is located within 1,000 feet of a city park, which adds an enhancer to the charges.

Edgerton Police Chief Robert Kowalski said some of the delay was due to the variety of substances found, which included morphine, amphetamines and Vyvanse.

Police seized nearly two pounds of marijuana, hundreds of pills and almost 10,000 dollars in cash.

All five suspects received signature bonds and were ordered not to have contact with each other.
