A Janesville man is accused of making large amounts of cannabis concentrates in his garage and possessing three assault-style firearms.
According to a search warrant affidavit Janesville police stopped 31-year-old Nicholas T. Ovans just after 2:00 Sunday morning after seeing his vehicle cross the centerline several times
Police cited him for intoxicated driving and found more than 5 ounces of THC wax in the car along with an ounce of marijuana.
According to the criminal complaint filed in Rock County Court police later executed a search warrant at Ovans’ apartment and found more than a pound of wax.
Police also confiscated five guns from Ovans’ car and apartment, three of them assault-style weapons.
Ovans is charged with manufacturing THC and maintaining a drug trafficking place.
