Winter weather doesn’t stand in the way of honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Junior at Blackhawk Technical College.
Event organizer Brian Gohlke says the community-wide MLK Commemoration that was canceled on January 11th is back on for this Saturday.
The keynote speaker for the event is Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes.
The event will run from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. at BTC’s central Campus.
