A 54-year-old Milton man pleads guilty in Rock County Court to first degree sexual assault of a child.
As part of a plea agreement last week and additional charge of first degree sexual assault of a child against Darren L. Winger was dismissed but read into record.
According to the criminal complaint Winger sexually assaulted two 10 year-old girls this past 4th of July at a campsite in the town of Fulton.
Judge John Wood sentenced Winger last Thursday to three years in prison and three years of extended supervision with credit for the 94 days he’s already been in jail. He’s also required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
