Two local groups assisting domestic violence victims will be improving their facilities thanks to grant money from the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority Foundation. YWCA Rock County Communications Director Jennifer Draz says the $16,500 grant will help make one of their apartments ADA compliant. Draz says these types of grants really help the YWCA achieve their mission in trying to be accessible to everyone needing their support. The Beloit Domestic Violence Survivor Center is also getting an $8500 grant to upgrade lighting.
