The suspect in a Janesville double-homicide case will be headed back to Rock County.

33-year-old Marcus Randle El waived extradition during a hearing Tuesday in Cook County court, but it’s not clear how soon he’ll be brought back to Wisconsin.

Randle El was arrested in Chicago Saturday in connection with the shooting deaths of 27-year-old Brittany McAdory and 30-year-old Seairaha Winchester on Janesville’s north side in the early morning hours of February 10th.

The two friends were last seen alive about 2:00 a.m. at the TA Travel Center not far from the murder scene.

They were found in the 3200 block of Midvale drive about 3:15 a.m.  Their car was found about 90-minutes later near Chicago.

Randle El was arrested on two counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
