Rock County Epidemiologist Nick Zupan tells Your Talk Show on WCLO he’s confident local hospitals will be able to handle this area’s peak number of COVID-19 cases. Zupan says early projections were rather bleak, but his latest models show a peak of about 1000 cases by the end of May. He says “Safe at Home” and “Social Distancing” appear to be flattening the curve.
