The projected peak number of COVID-19 cases for Rock County may have tripled in less than a week. During the emergency operations center briefing Monday morning, Janesville Fire Chief Ernie Rhodes warned the peak projections are for more than 3500 cases by June 9th. Less than one week ago, Rock County Epidemiologist Nick Zupan projected as few as 1000 cases by the end of the month.
