A 37-year-old Janesville man is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 6th Offense following a police investigation which began with a shots fired call. Police say they were called to the 1900 block of Hoover Street a little after 10:00 p.m. Wednesday. A man reported firing a handgun in the air to scare off the driver of a white van who he said followed his son home. Police say they arrested Ricardo Moreno, following the successful use of taser, about an hour and a half later, while investigating a report of the driver of a white van yelling at people on South Academy Street.
