Rock County Sheriff’s deputies arrest a Muskego man for homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle following a fatal vehicle crash in the Town of Milton.

Police say a vehicle drifted into oncoming traffic and collided head on with a second vehicle on County N near Vogel Road just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

A 68-year-old man and a 90-year-old woman from Black River Falls died in the crash.

The driver of the other vehicle, Jason Zembroski, suffered life-threatening injuries and his 43-year-old passenger suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Police determined Zembroski was under the influence of alcohol, so officers arrested him on suspicion of two counts of homicide along with third-offense intoxicated driving and OWI causing injuries.
