The City of Milton is following the Rock County Public Health Department’s example.
City Administrator Al Hulick says Milton is moving back to phase one of it’s own reopening plan.
Hulick says beginning November 23rd, all City facilities will be closed to the public.
City staff will still be available to answer phone calls and emails from citizens.
