Janesville police are investigating a shots fired incident. Officers were called to the 1500 block of Kellogg Avenue about 2:30 a.m. Saturday. Witnesses report seeing someone firing a gun from the window of passing vehicle. Three shell casings were found. Officers didn’t find any buildings or other property struck during the initial investigation. Nobody reported injured.
