Two convicted sex offenders being released in Janesville

The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is making the public aware of a pair of convicted sex offenders who are relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs on West Sunny Lane in Janesville on September 14th.

36-year-old Jonathan Houseweart was convicted of five counts of possession of child pornography in 2015.

35-year-old Paul J. Kaseno was convicted of first and second degree sexual assault of a child in 2009 and 4th degree sexual assault of a child in 2000 and 2007.

Both Houseweart and Kaseno are not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, are not allowed to consume drugs or alcohol, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
