corona-virus-2

While hospitalizations from COVID-19 have decreased from the mid 70’s last week to 46 Thursday, the number of new daily confirmed cases in Rock County continues to surge.

The free testing site at 320 North Parker Drive in Janesville run by the Center for COVID Control has closed.

In response, Rock County Public Health Department Administrative Services Supervisor Seth Loncar says beginning January 24th, testing will be offered at 3530 North County Highway F in Janesville.  The testing site will be open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Loncar says the federal government also launched a new service that allows every address in the country to order four free at-home COVID-19 tests by going to covidtests.gov.
