Rock County announces a new hiring to the County Administrator’s office.
Dr. Atiera Coleman started her role as one of the county’s Equity Manager in mid-December of last year.
Coleman previously served as Associate Dean of Students at Beloit College’s Office of Student Success, Equity, and Community.
Her position with the county has her engaging with the community to improve Rock County’s ability to remove systemic barriers that negatively impact residents.
The county’s Board of Supervisors approved the creation of two new Equity Manager positions in the 2021 Rock County Budget.
