It appears the City of Janesville won’t be on the hunt for a new City Manager in the near future.
Mark Freitag had been a finalist for the position of vice chancellor for administrative affairs at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
According to a news release, Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design Vice President of Financial Affairs Brenda Jones was chosen for the position effective August 22nd.
Jeff Arnold will continue to serve in the vice chancellor role until Brenda Jones joins UW-Whitewater.
