The former medical examiner for Dane and Rock County took the witness stand Thursday afternoon to give details on the autopsies of Seairaha Winchester and Brittany McAdory, who were shot to death in Janesville in 2020.

Dr. Vincent Tranchida said Winchester suffered gunshot wounds to the head, torso, and left upper extremity; while McAdory suffered gunshot wounds to the head, torso, and right upper extremity.

Tranchida said the medical examiners office found both women died as a result of the gunshot wounds they suffered.

Former Wisconsin Badger football player Marcus Randle-El is accused of shooting Winchester and McAdory to death in a dispute over drug money.
