A 69-year-old Janesville woman is under arrest for operating while intoxicated, 4th offense after being found slumped over behind the wheel at a local gas station.
According to a news release, Janesville Police were dispatched to the Kwik Trip on East Memorial Drive just before 9:30 Wednesday night.
Officers found Juana Kusch inside her vehicle, with the engine running, and slumped over behind the wheel.
After showing signs of drug-related impairment, Kusch was arrested for OWI 4th offense.
