Two local communities receive mentions in a new book by a Wisconsin travel writer.

Janesville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau Executive Director Christine Rebout says travel writer Dannelle Gay recently wrote about Janesville and Milton in her new book “100 Things to Do in Wisconsin Before You Die.”

Rebout says Gay visited Rotary Botanical Gardens and Adorn Boutique in Janesville and Buckhorn Supper Club and the Milton House Museum.

A book signing is planned for this Saturday from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. at Adorn in Janesville.

The book will be available for purchase at the book signing or can also be purchased in-person and ordered online at a variety of retailers like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Target.
