The 47-year-old Janesville man accused of relentlessly stalking an ex-girlfriend is bound over for trial.
Shawn Ross appeared in Rock County Court Tuesday afternoon where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of stalking, identity theft, and theft of mail.
According to the criminal complaint, Ross put microphones in the victims home and vehicle, put at least three different GPS tracking devices on her vehicle, changed her address at the post office so he received all of her mail, and would park outside her home on a nightly basis.
Ross is due back in Rock County Court for his arraignment on July 30th.
He’s currently being held in the Rock County Jail on a half-million dollar cash bond.
