The W. Milwaukee Street project is scheduled to be finished in the next couple of  weeks. Project engineer, Jon Olinger, joins us this hour with details including,

  • W. Milwaukee St. is closed between Jackson St. and Centerway
    • The Academy St. intersection is Closed.
    • Please be cautious when driving through the Jackson St. intersection, there will still be intermittent construction in this area.
  • Construction Activities week of September 27th
    • Concrete pavement work is anticipated to begin Monday.
    • Tree and Perennial plantings are anticipated the Week of 10/4.
      • This will require areas of restricted parking between River St. and Jackson St.
