23rd annual Worldwide Candle Lighting – Grieving Parents Sharing Hope (GPS Hope)

The Janesville Chapter of Grieving Parents Sharing Hope (GPS Hope) will be participating in the 23rd annual Worldwide Candle Lighting which unites family and friends around the globe in lighting candles for one hour to honor the memories of the sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, and grandchildren who left too soon. As candles are lit at 7:00 pm local time on Sunday evening, December 8, hundreds of thousands of persons commemorate and honor the memory of all children gone too soon. All parents, siblings and grandparents of children who have passed on are welcome to join.
The event will be held at the Schneider Life Celebration Center; 1770 East Racine Street; Janesville. There will be a pot luck at 5:30, followed by a ceremony at 6:30 with a candle lighting at 7:00. Please bring a photo of your child.

The Worldwide Candle Lighting gives bereaved families everywhere the opportunity to remember their child(ren) so that their lights may always shine!
