Beloit Janesville Symphony: Romantic Masterworks

The Beloit Janesville Symphony’s 2018-2019 season kicks off with a program of Classic Russian masterworks. We begin with the World Premiere of the Overture from Madison composer Richard Borovsky’s new symphony. Then, we are pleased to present the BJSO soloist debut of acclaimed young violinist and Beloit native Matt Pickart as he performs the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto. Our program comes to a close with the Romantic classic, Scheherazade by Rimsky – Korsakov, featuring our guest Concertmaster Olga Pomolova. Don’t miss this gorgeous pageant in sound!
