Join us, along with the author Bob Smietana for a discussion surrounding his book, Reorganized Religion: The Reshaping of the American Church
Book and Author Description: The United States is experiencing unprecedented spiritual, technological, demographic, political and social transformation. This evening, we uncover the ways the church has changed in recent years, and offer a hopeful reimagining of what it might look like going forward.
Our guest is Bob Smietana, has become one of the most respected and well-known religion reporters in the country, with more than two decades experience in covering religion, spirituality, and ethics. He and Cargill Pastor Steve Scott were visiting scholars at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism in 2001, studying religion and news media.
