Breast Cancer – What Every Woman Needs to Know

FreePresented by a registered nurse, this one-hour session will teach participants about the anatomy of breast cancer and steps reduce their risk. Debunk myths and learn what you can do to stay healthy.
The session will cover:
• Types of breast cancer
• Risk factors
• Signs and symptoms
• Screening recommendations
• How to reduce your risk (exercise, nutrition and stress management)
• Where to find more information and resources
Handouts on the topic and a small gift will be available for participants at the end of the session.
