This outdoor sound bath and meditation experience uses the vibrations of live instruments to balance the nervous system\, calm the mind\, and restore the spirit. \nSound in Bloom is led by Gabrielle Draxler\, 500-hour certified yoga teacher\, sound healer\, and meditation guide\, and owner of Just Bee Wellness and Yoga. Gabrielle is committed to creating a welcoming\, accessible\, trauma-informed experience for all.\nPlease bring your own yoga mat. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete a required waiver and be ready to begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Because the gardens close at 6:00 PM\, participants are asked to exit after the session concludes.\nOnline registration closes at 8:00 AM the day before each session. The festival has grown into one of the community’s favorite annual events\, drawing thousands of residents and visitors from throughout southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. \nThis year’s festival is larger than ever before\, offering expanded entertainment\, activities\, and opportunities for community engagement. \nThe celebration begins Friday evening in Tower Park with a festive Fall Kickoff featuring instructor-led line dancing on the street\, a double elimination bags tournament\, a pop-up beer garden\, fire pits\, and food trucks. The relaxed atmosphere encourages residents and visitors to gather downtown\, support local businesses\, and enjoy an authentic Wisconsin autumn evening. \nSaturday features a full day of family entertainment beginning with a martial arts demonstration by the Flying Dragons and live music from Cheryl & the Down Home Boys. Throughout the day\, attendees can enjoy a professional bubble-making show\, magic show\, and aerial performances by The Lofty Life. More than 100 local artists\, craft vendors\, community organizations\, and food vendors will line Downtown Delavan. \nAdditional activities include the Gee Funny Farm Petting Zoo hosted by Aram Public Library\, the Delavan Chamber of Commerce’s annual pumpkin giveaway for children\, a mechanical bull\, classic car show\, guided Walldog mural tours\, and a pop-up beer garden featuring hard cider samples from local orchards and wineries. The festival wraps up Saturday evening with a performance by the popular Pink Floyd tribute band\, Think Floyd\, accompanied by a light show.

DESCRIPTION:The Evansville Grove Society will sponsor a Historic House Tour on Saturday\, September 19th \, from 1 PM to 5 PM in Evansville’s historic district. Five landmark homes will be included on the tour\, all of them within walking distance of each other. \nAdmission for the event will be $20 in advance or $25 on the day of the event\, when the Grove Society will have a tent on First Street between Evans Hall (104 W. Main St.) and the Tower House (44 W. Main St.). Children 12 and under will be admitted free. \nTickets may be purchased online at grovesociety.org. Tickets will also be on sale at the Society’s museum in the Historic Baker Building\, 15 Antes Drive in Leonard-Leota Park\, Saturdays between 1 and 4PM\, or through the Evansville Chamber of Commerce during regular business hours. All proceeds will go to support the Grove Society’s efforts to preserve Evansville’s history.
