Health Equity Alliance of Rock County Announces Community Breakfast

FreeThe Health Equity Alliance of Rock County (HEAR), a coalition comprised of health systems, community-based organizations, and government agencies, is inviting community members and stakeholders to join us for a free Community Breakfast. The Community Breakfast will present opportunities to make Rock County a healthier place to live, work, learn, play and grow.
The event will take place on October 11, 2017 at the Pontiac Convention Center with registration from 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM and a breakfast program lasting until 10:30 AM. At the Community Breakfast, HEAR will release results from Rock County’s Community Health Assessment. HEAR and their partnering agencies also plan to announce their agreed upon focus areas to improve overall health in the community-at-large for years 2017-2020.
