NAMIWalks Your Way Rock: A Virtual Event for Mental Health & Suicide Awareness

NAMIWalks is a virtual event hosted by NAMI Rock County benefiting Mental Health Awareness. With the event being virtual this year it is a bit unique! You can choose the type of event you would like to complete. Some ideas are completing a gardening project, walking/running a specific distance such as a 5k, biking, hiking, hosting a virtual paint & sip event, playing a sport such as basketball/volleyball/softball, or doing any other cardio or physical activity. The possibilities are endless! The actual event date is set for September 26th, 2020, however, activities can be completed up to that date and fundraising can continue for 60 days following the event.
