Alisa Martin from Hausmann-Johnson Insurance will discuss defined contribution versus defined benefit programs as it relates to voluntary benefits, pre- and post-tax benefits and how to budget accordingly. She will also discuss the importance of communication and education when it comes to compensation programs and benefits. Finally, she will present emerging benefit programs/products and discuss how to present total compensation statements to your employees.
Cost for this event is $25.00 for BHRA members and $35.00 for non-BHRA members.
