Hedberg Public Llibrary in Janesville is planning a major renovation. Assistant Library Director Charles Teval says the last major project was 20-years ago. The new plan could cost close to $3 million. He says renovations would include adapting to what the public expects from a library today, and their desire to use it as a meeting space and social center. If all goes well, construction could begin in 2017.
