Janesville police are reminding residents to maintain good home security after the third burglary incident on the east side in less than a week. Officers say a homeowner in the 4000 block of Bordeaux Drive was investigating a noise about 3:00 a.m. Monday when he saw a person running away from his home. The incident wasn't reported until later in the afternoon when it was discovered someone had cut through a window screen. A dashboard mounted DVD screen was also found removed from a vehicle parked in the driveway.
