A 45-year-old Janesville man is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated … 5th Offense. Police say they picked up Stanley T. Rulestead about 1:00 o’clock Thursday morning in the 45-hundred block of East Highway 14. Officers say they first responded to a disturbance at Hammy’s Roadside Bar on Center Avenue and learned a suspect had driven off. When they caught up with Rulestead, officers say he failed his field sobriety tests. He’s also facing charges of Operating after Revocation and Disorderly Conduct.
