A 21-year-old Oregon man is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated after a fatal traffic accident in Green County. The Sheriff’s Office reports responding to a roll-over accident on County Highway E and Attica Road in the Town of Albany a little after 3:00 o’clock Wednesday morning. Deputies say they found a pickup truck had entered the west ditch and overturned several times, but no occupants were found at the scene. Later, they say the driver Brett A. Leutenegger was found at a home in Oregon, and a passenger was pronounced dead at Meriter Hospital.
