Beloit police make short work of an investigation into thefts from several garages on the west side. Officers arrested three teens early last night during the recovery of a stolen pick-up truck. The suspects were caught on foot, running from the truck, after officers say it appeared they attempted to drive it into the river. The pick-up had several stolen items in the back. 18-year-old Luis Morales-Cortes is facing charges, along with a 16 and 17-year-old.
