The latest Wisconsin Realtors Association report indicates Rock County’s home sales numbers continue to grow. Rock-Green Realtors Association President Jeff Zuelke calls some the best in years. Both the median sales price and the number of sales are up about 10% percent year-to-date. When comparing this June to last June, the median sales price increased almost 20% to just short of $154 thousand.
