Getting on and off of the Interstate at Newville should be a lot easier. DOT spokesman Steve Theisen says crews have finished work on all four ramps. Theisen warns work continues on the I-39/90 bridge over Newville Road just south of the Highway 59 interchange. Only one lane is open on Newville Road under the Interstate until the bridge deck forms can be removed.
