A former music teacher plans to share the success of his occupational transformation by opening a school for would-be computer programmers in Beloit’s Iron Works Complex. Refactor School of Code Founder Michael Hart decided on a career change for himself four-years ago and used whatever sources he could find to learn.  Hart will be offering an eight-week course in the new “Irontek” facility, he says will be enough for motivated individuals to learn the skills necessary to get an entry-level job in the computer programming industry.  He calls it one of the fastest growing industries in the country not requiring a formal college degree.
