A 25-year-old Beloit man is facing a variety of charges after police say they caught up with him at a home in Janesville.  Police were responding to a disturbance in the 15-hundred block of Holmes Street about 5:00 o’clock Tuesday afternoon when they say they saw Tyler E. Clark through a window.  Officers say they remembered Clark from a vehicle pursuit in August, and knew he had a variety of other warrants through the Beloit Police Department and Rock County Sheriff’s Office.  The home’s resident, 31-year-old Tamisha D. Rainey, was also arrested on a charge of Harboring a Felon.
