Janesville police are looking for a second suspect in a November 7th shooting in the Forth Ward.  Officials say an arrest warrant has been issued for 26-year-old Frederick E. Johnson on charges of party to attempted first-degree intentional homicide and robbery by use of force.  On the night of the shooting, police arrested 20-year-old Nando M. Enis on the same charge.  The criminal complaint says Enis told police he and two others arranged to meet 19-year-old Mandrick T.J. Teich to buy marijuana.  The complaint goes on to say the shooting followed an argument over payment.
