After a short stint as the Rock River Philharmonic and a brief hiatus, a popular local musical ensemble is back in business.
Music Director Rob Tomaro says the Beloit Janesville Symphony Orchestra will kick off the season with a pair of spring concerts. The first on March 11th at 7:30 p.m. at Beloit College will feature electric violinist Susan Aquila and local composer Matthew Hollingsworth.
The second on May 12th will take place at 1:00 and 7:00 p.m. at the Janesville Performing Arts Center.
