Officials at Blackhawk Technical College are looking forward to learning more about funding increases suggested in the Governor’s budget. Blackhawk Technical College spokesman Gary Kohn says so far though, those increases may be offset by a tuition freeze. Kohn says school officials are pleased the governor appears to value the state’s technical college system.
