Another protest appears to be planned for Congressman Paul Ryan’s downtown Janesville office.  The national women’s advocacy group UltraViolet plans to drop off 86,000 postcards at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday.  Organizers say the effort is to call attention to the Republican’s lack of response to constituents.  Ryan’s office says the congressman regularly engages with constituents through meetings, participation at events, and telephone town hall meetings.  Ryan’s press secretary says a staff member would be happy to take constituent concerns down in person if someone wants to meet them face-to-face.
